This year I am very excited about some of the new features in QuickBooks 2011. I have not been the last few years, but this year Intuit has done a great job of listening to QuickBooks users and small business owners.
One of the features is a "Customer Snapshot". It looks like this:
The Customer Snapshot is accessed through the Customer Center. In includes information such as: how long have they been a customer, average days to pay, recent invoices, recent payments, sales history, and best-selling items for that customer. The screenshot can even be customized.
Remember, you can only use QuickBooks for THREE years and then you must up-grade to the latest version. So, if you are currently using QuickBooks 2008, it is time to start thinking about up-grading to QuickBooks 2011.
